Tell us a little bit about your role and what you do.
Bex South is the recruitment and HR manager at Nsave, where the HR team plays a key role in shaping the employee experience from the very first day. Their responsibilities range from hiring top talent across the globe to ensuring each new team member is properly equipped to perform their role.
Managing this at a company with a distributed structure is no small task. Every laptop, monitor, and piece of tech must be sourced, delivered, and tracked across borders — and that responsibility largely fell on the HR team.
What was the biggest challenge that brought you to Rayda?
“We had to purchase and send equipment to various countries ourselves — it took too long, and sometimes we never got the equipment back.”
Before working with Rayda, Nsave faced serious challenges with onboarding new international employees. Each new hire required the HR/IT team to manually purchase and ship laptops or accessories to different countries, often dealing with high shipping costs, customs delays, and long delivery times.
In most cases, there was no clear way to track the equipment or ensure it was returned when an employee left the company. This created unnecessary stress for the HR team and stretched internal resources. The process was inefficient, time-consuming, and left too much room for error.
