Today, Rayda enables world-class organizations to equip their teams in hard-to-reach regions with the same speed and security as a local office. Francis Osifo | Co-Founder & CEO
Francis is a serial entrepreneur and engineer with over 15 years of experience building business-critical technology. Before founding Rayda, he was a co-founder and VP of Engineering at 54gene, where he led the technical team through a period of explosive growth, scaling from 40 to 300 employees and raising over $45M in venture capital. It was at 54gene that Francis encountered the "impossible" logistics of equipping remote teams in emerging markets—a challenge that inspired him to build Rayda. A graduate of Computer Science and a former software consultant at CcHUB, Francis is driven by building high-scale infrastructure that empowers the global workforce.
Dan Duggan | Co-Founder & CRO
Dan is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Rayda, where he leads global growth, partnerships, and revenue strategy. With a deep background in technology sales and business development, Dan specializes in the intersection of product evolution and customer success. Prior to Rayda, he held leadership roles at enterprise asset management software firms, giving him a front-row seat to the complexities of corporate IT operations. At Rayda, Dan focuses on ensuring organizations gain measurable value from the platform, helping them eliminate "zombie assets" and streamline global operations through transparent, subscription-based hardware management.
